Fixed Time – a specific time slot strictly chosen by you which we are obligated to meet. Fixed time delivery is a paid service, and the price varies depending on the chosen interval.
Products – any funeral wreath, spray, condolence bouquet, or funeral accessory displayed on the website and specified in the order.

Account Holder – natural person, legal entity, or other entity placing an order.

Using the services provided by the service provider equals explicit consent to these terms. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and fully understood the terms of use and that the provider will not be held liable for losses caused by the customer's failure to read them.
The provider reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. In the event of an essential modification, the provider will publish a notification at least 30 days before the new conditions take effect on this page.
Orders are accepted exclusively through the order form on the website, by e-mail, or by phone. The customer is obligated to provide correct and precise information regarding the requested product and the delivery address (chapel, church, cemetery, or private residence). The provider cannot be held liable under any circumstances for inconveniences caused by the customer providing incorrect or incomplete information.
All floral arrangements and accessories presented on the website are for presentation purposes only. Product photos serve as a general representation, and colors or shades may vary depending on lighting effects, display devices, or the seasonality of fresh flowers.
Every funeral arrangement has an individual character. Depending on seasonal factors, available inventory, or work techniques, variations in plant selection may occur. Within each arrangement, every effort will be made to strictly maintain the overall value, shape (round, teardrop, heart, cross), and general characteristics of the ordered product.
If a specific variety of flowers is unavailable in stock or does not meet optimal freshness standards, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent variety matching the style and equal to or higher in value. Support plants (decorative foliage, greenery) may be changed without prior notice.
Payment for the crafting and delivery of funeral wreaths must be made fully in advance.
The minimum value for an order registered on the website is 89 RON.
The liability of CoroaneFunerareRomânia.ro following claims regarding services or their fulfillment is strictly limited to the amount paid by the buyer.
Any modifications to the order (adding supplementary products, changing the funeral ribbon text, etc.) must be announced at least 5 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Order cancellations can also be made at least 5 hours prior to delivery. If notified only 4 hours prior, the order must be paid in full.
Same-day or overnight delivery orders are accepted until 20:00.
Free promotional services such as SMS delivery confirmation or sending a live photo proof via WhatsApp/Viber are non-binding, and technical failure to fulfill them shall not incur penalties for the website.
Online ordering is available 24/7.
For products containing alcoholic beverages intended for memorial packages or commemorations, the Buyer guarantees that they are over the legal age of 18 pursuant to Romanian law.
Order payment can be made online by card via the PayU payment system, via PayPal, or by Bank Transfer. Payment can also be made upon delivery, in cash. Delivery will only be processed after payment has been confirmed or received.

We deliver funeral wreaths and arrangements across the entire territory of Romania. Delivery costs vary depending on the location.
In Bucharest and Ilfov county, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 hours after payment. In all other regions across the country, delivery is executed within 2 to 6 hours.
In cases where an order is fulfilled by a local partner florist, the customer acknowledges potential minor variations in flower shades or accessories depending on regional stock, while the total value and structure of the arrangement remain preserved.
If the exact address is unknown (chapel, church, cemetery), the Customer must provide the phone number of the contact person/recipient so that details can be established. If the recipient refuses to accept the funeral wreath for any reason, the delivery is considered executed and the price will not be refunded.
Our couriers exclusively deliver products purchased on www.CoroaneFunerareRomânia.ro. We do not accept or transport third-party items or gifts.
In Bucharest, standard delivery for floral funeral products within available time slots is free. For standalone funeral accessories (stands, non-floral items) or other locations, delivery is fee-based.
If incorrect delivery information is provided or the recipient is unavailable at the specified address, the product returns to our workshop. Re-delivery to a new address will occur after paying the re-delivery fee: 49 RON for within the city or the initial delivery cost for other destinations.
Uncollected items are kept available for the customer for 72 hours (due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers), after which the order is deemed fully executed and no refund will be issued.
Given that fresh flowers are perishable and easily degradable goods, any complaints regarding the quality of the wreaths or order execution must be submitted within a maximum of 24 hours from the moment of delivery.
In case of order cancellation at least 5 hours prior to delivery, we guarantee a refund of the paid price (minus potential banking processing fees).
Refunds are processed strictly back to the card account or bank account used for the original payment.
Platform activities comply with Romanian law, specifically Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce and Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014 on consumer rights. Any disputes shall be settled amicably within 30 business days. Otherwise, disputes will be referred to the competent judicial courts in Bucharest.
Personal data (name, address, phone number, email address, bank details) are collected and processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) exclusively for the purpose of processing and delivering funeral orders.
The provider will not transfer, sell, or alienate personal data to unauthorized third parties.
The customer benefits from the right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), or restriction of processing by submitting a written request via email.
The customer undertakes to provide true data and refrain from using the funeral ribbon text for vulgar, discriminatory, or illegal messages.
The company is released from liability in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, states of emergency, major road blockages, power outages, or network failures).
On high-volume order days (major holidays or national/religious memorial days), the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the pre-dispatch live photo proof service.
